1. Returns Due to Damage:
- If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of receipt.
- In such cases, you will not be responsible for any courier fees associated with the return. We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
- To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team from our home page within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
2. Returns for Other Reasons:
- If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.
- In this case, you will be responsible for the courier fees for the return shipment.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, and with any tags or labels still attached.
- To initiate a return for reasons other than damage, please contact our customer service team at topsinteriors@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving the item to obtain return instructions.
3. General Information:
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned product/products.
